It's on today, the CAMRA real ale festival at the Alban Arena. The one occasion when the average age of the average person in Saturday-evening-small-city-centre-St-Albans goes up by around twenty years.
Anti age discrimination legislation at work comes into force across the UK tomorrow, but even small city centres are geared towards keeping the over-30s away after dark.
